I found that if all I/E criteria is on, no matches are available. I did not turn any I/E for testing (ie EKG), labs, timeframes and it returned a few matches. Other observations if you have a I/E turned off (i.e. nephrotic/renal, uncontrolled HTN) it still provides information.
For exclusion regarding PCSK9i, etc.. we may rarely see the class of drug in a clinic note.
Otherwise, I love the convenience of selecting your own criteria.
